SDF Udyoga Setu – Employability & Career Development
SDF Udyoga Setu is SriDurga Foundation’s employability and career development initiative dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employment for students and job seekers. The programme equips youth with industry-relevant skills through career guidance, aptitude training, resume writing, interview preparation, communication and soft skills, digital literacy, workplace readiness, and industry interaction. It also facilitates internships, job fairs, placement support, and employer connect programmes in collaboration with educational institutions, training partners, and corporate organizations. By enhancing employability and connecting talent with opportunities, SDF Udyoga Setu empowers young people to secure meaningful employment, build sustainable careers, and contribute to economic and social development.
SDF KAUSHALYA
SDF Kaushalya – Skill Development & Livelihood
SDF Kaushalya is SriDurga Foundation’s skill development and livelihood initiative dedicated to enhancing employability, entrepreneurship, and sustainable income opportunities for youth, women, and underserved communities. The programme offers industry-relevant vocational training, digital skills, entrepreneurship development, financial literacy, communication and soft skills, retail and customer service, tailoring, beauty and wellness, computer applications, and other demand-driven skill courses. In collaboration with industry partners, training institutions, and employers, SDF Kaushalya aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by equipping beneficiaries with practical skills, professional competencies, and the confidence to secure meaningful employment, start their own enterprises, and achieve long-term economic independence.
